📬 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • During peak seasons, new product drops, or restocks, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Books may ship separately if fulfilled by a print partner or publisher.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery location
  • Carrier rates
  •  Multiple Fulfillment Locations

Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations, including Georgia, Texas, and trusted specialty partners. If your order contains items from multiple locations, shipping charges may be combined at checkout to reflect the cost of separate shipments.

We structure our fulfillment this way to ensure products are shipped from the most efficient origin with care and accuracy. Shipping costs reflect actual carrier rates based on product weight, origin, and destination.

We use the following carriers:

  • USPS (First Class, Media Mail, Priority Mail)
  • UPS Ground (preferred for larger packages)

Media Mail is used for books unless the customer chooses another method.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Media Mail (books): 4–10 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holiday demand.

📮 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Be Still 4610 is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if a package is missing after delivery.

 

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, Be Still 4610 ships within the United States only.

International shipping may be added in the future.
